We are especially dedicated to serving individuals with ADHD, a condition that is often misunderstood, under-assessed, and over-simplified in modern psychiatric care.
Our Team
SHIFT Mind Clinic™ was founded by Esther Onono-Yarrington, CRNP, PMHNP-BC, a psychiatric nurse practitioner and creator of the SHIFT™ Framework. As the lead provider, Esther blends medical expertise, compassionate care, and spiritual insight to help patients move from survival to transformation. While SHIFT Mind Clinic™ is currently led by a single provider, our model is designed for expansion. Every future clinician who joins our team will be trained in evidence-based treatment and the SHIFT™ Framework, a therapeutic method built on clarity, resilience, and soul-centered healing. At SHIFT Mind Clinic™, healing happens where science meets soul.
